Questo e' uno degli album migliori dell'anno 2007 subito dopo Spiritual Warfare e The World Is Ours quindi ragazzi scaricate questi 3 album subito e ditemi cosa ne pensate mi sembra che ci avete dormito sopra.Forse questo e' quello piu' difficile da assimilare, pero' secondo me e' un ottimo album.

The Blue Scholars have emerged out of the erupting Northwest hip-hop scene with soulful beats, poetic yet political rhymes and a reputation for dynamic live performances. With their second full-length release, Bayani, the torch bearing Seattle duo blends the personal and the political, unafraid to party in the process. Emcee Geologic and DJ/producer Sabzi come from vastly different musical approaches to experiment with a unique, new sound that still echoes the classic boom-bap of a bygone era (see: A Tribe Called Quest, Digable Planets). Prior to their collision, Geo had already begun making local rounds as a battle emcee and spoken-word poet, while Sabzi honed his skills as a classical and jazz-trained pianist while attending indie ska and punk shows. This unlikely partnership set the precedent for what distinguishes the group from the vast sea of independent hip-hop artists - the ability to strike a balance between worlds usually seen distant from one another. Insomma un album molto impegnato.Secondo me non e' un classico pero' e' un ottimo album e in questo 2007 e sicuramente tra i migliori.

Questa e' una chicca.Ieri nell'album di fat joe vi avevo detto che c'era un certo King Sun (menzionato anche in Where Are They Now ?? ) e lui King Sun non si sente da un po' ma ci ha lasciato con un paio di album e tanta buona musica.

Ieri vi avevo lasciato con fat joe e il suo flow oggi invece vi presento big pun uno dei migliori mc mai esistiti.Punisher nasce nel Bronx,ha origini porto ricane e inzia a scrivere rime alla fine degli anni 80.Nel 1995 lui e'fat joe si incontrano e nel 2 album di fat joe big pun fa' la sua prima presenza sul mic di un certo rilievo, anche se prima ancora aveva partecipato al brano Off the Books dei Beatnuts.Nel 1998 quindi abbastanza tardi esce col suo primo album Capital Punishement,che e' un CAPOLAVORO.Purtroppo la storia la sapete, rilascia un altro album ma la morte lo coglie e big pun non c'e' piu', il resto lo sapete piu' che bene visto che l'ho scritto sulla storia di joe crack.
Ma questo uomo che mostro era?? Tecnicamente INSUPERABILE.

Canzoni come Beware,Super Lyrical,Twinz,I'm Not a Player sono tutte di un livello superiore a tutti.
Big Pun era tra l'altro un tipo molto simpatico ed e' stato il primo artista rap latino ad arrivare platino,questo vuol dire che aveva anche un buona influenza sul pubblico.

Fat joe ' nato nel bronx dove tuttora risiede la sua casa.Nato nel 1970 il suo nome di battesimo e' Joseph Cartagena ma nell'hip hop e' noto come fat joe aka joe crack aka joe da fat gangsta.Negli anni 90 fa' parte della crew D.I.T.C. con gente dal calibro di Showbiz e A.G., Buckwild, O.C., Diamond D, Big L e Lord Finesse insomma un bella cosa.Sappiamo piu' o meno tutti della terror squad e della brutta fine sia del gruppo sia dello stesso fat joe dopo la morto del mitico Big Pun.Fat joe e Cuban Link scazzono e la terror squad ormai e' diventato una schifezza e fat joe e' diventato ancora peggio.Ma che bei tempi erano quelli Big Pun,Fat Joe,Cuban Link,Armageddon,Prospect,Triple Seis,Remy Ma e Tony Sunshine.Insomma una squadrona di cui oggi resta ben poco e quel poco che resta e' andato a farsi friggere.Insomma bei tempi quelli ma prima ancora di tutto queto c'era un fat joe solista che spaccava a manetta e avevo un flow potente e se torniamo al 1993 troviamo il primo album di fat joe.Un Classico.

Ma quanto spaccava joe crack?? Peccato che oggi al massimo fa' canzoni con un certo lil wayne.

Il Piccione e' nato ad Omaha nel Nebraska e' un rapper molto originale e fuori dagli schemi.E' attivo nella scena underground (ma neanche tanto ora) di Los Angeles.Questo album Is Dating Your Sister e' entrato di diritto tra i miei album preferiti e nel 2003 (anno dell'uscite del disco) fu abbastanza dimenticato,fu' invece uno degli album migliori di quel anno.Vi posso solo dire che a me lui piace parecchio canticchia rappa fa' un po' tutto.Pero' fa' tutto con stile e classe.

Lifes Goes On e' Un Classico indiscusso ormai.Originalz e' una mina Alone pure.E' un album che non fa' per tutti al primo ascolto potreste dire ma gaurda che schifo sto' coglione che cazzo di album posta ascoltatelo almeno 3 volte bene e poi vi farete un altra idea.Per me questo e' un mezzo classico.

Hip Hop Italiano Struggle Music

Devo dire che questo album suona molto bene i beat sono molto curati e quasi sempre rendono al meglio.L'unico difetto o pecca che avrei da far notare sono i ritornelli che in alcune canzoni risultano fastidiosi oppure abbastanza sottotono.Ma partiamo ad analizzare le traccie che secondo me meritano di piu':

Marracash - Con I Soldi In Testa:

Grande canzone,marra' e' secondo me il capo,ogni cosa che ho sentito di lui mi ha sempre steso ha un flow che cambia a secondo del beat e ogni canzone tira fuori qualcosa di splendido.Grande.

Mistaman - Spacca Tutto

Un altre bella canzone che vede il feat di Giuann che pero' non tiene testa a mistaman che secondo me fa' un ottimo strofa,la base fa' il suo dovere ma niente di ecezzionale.Bella comunque.

Club Dogo - Catrame

Questa traccia e' ecezzionale veramente, liriche crude e taglienti che incalzano bene col beat,il rit come in tutto l'album fa' calare il voto finale della canzone ma in questo caso gli mc fanno dimenticare tutto meglio jake comunque.

Mista,Giallo e Frank Siciliano - Non C'e' Tempo Per Noi

Deliziosa questa traccia,gran tema e belissima la base e il rit qua mi convince.Mistama e' enorme qua.

Mista e Frank Siciliano - Fatti Portare Giu'

Altre bella traccia.Ti Tranquilizza.Mistaman sempre enorme.

Bassi e Medda - Indietro

Bella base.Traccia molto nostalgica sopratutto bassi fa' una strofa paurosa il rit come al solito delude.


Ghemon - Suona Sempre

Miglior Traccia.Ghemon per cio' che ho sentito di lui e' veramente un grande.Non ha magari quella agressivita' necessaria pero' sul beat ci sta' a meraviglia e i suoi testi sono sempre molto presenti e molto attenti,il rit stavolta non delude quindi miglior tracci da mettere in repeat continuo.

Ieri stavo discutendo con due amici del Forum HIP HOP STATE OF MIND FORUM su chi fosse il king di new york,loro parevano non avere dubbi come me del resto.
Naturalamente non voglio avere nessuna verita' assoluta ma loro mi hanno fatto il nome di JIGGA,insomma mi sembrava alquanto"rischioso" fare questo nome per tanti motivi. Naturalamente queste cose/classifiche/podi ecc ecc sono fatti tanto per fare quiindi nessuno di noi vuole fare il figo era solo per parlare e io ho trovato il mio nome senza nessun dubbio con la massima convinzione che non si poteva ribattere e invece ognungo la pensa diversamente,peccato perche' io ho "ufficialmente" eletto king of new york NASTY NAS ESCOBAR.

L'unico che poteva toglierli questo titolo cioe' il signor RAKIM non si sente su un album suo ufficiale da parecchio.Quindi per esclusione senza ombra di dubbio e' lui il king:





E qui quindi iniziamo con il Nas Day perche' Nas resta il mio preferito di sempre e perche' e' lui il KING DI NEW YORK.

L'album non ha bisogno di molti elogi non c'e' molto da dire tranne che questo e' il miglior album hip hop mai uscito il CLASSICO DEI CLASSICI,10 TRACCIE PERFETTE grazie a produttori del calibro di PRIMO,Q-TIP,L.E.S.,LARGE PROFESSOR e PETE ROCK e sopratutto grazie alle liriche di NaS e a cio' che ci racconta della strada della sua citta' e della vita, sempre accompagnati dalla sua bella voce e dal suo incredibile flow.

Passo quindi al suo ultimo album.




L'ultimo discusso album di nas.Hip Hop Is Dead ha tirato su un bel polverone sia tra i rapper sia tra gli esperti del settore.Mi e' piaciuto che pure nas si e' messo in discussione e abbia fatto un album come questo dove si respira l'amore di nas per il rap e per l'hip hop.Purtroppo alcuni produttori non sono prorio quello che avevo sperato e alcuni feat sono alquanto strani per nas che ha sempre rappresentato Queensbridge.

Vi avevo parlato di come Spiritual Warfare era l'album dell'anno,lo e' senza dubbio.Vi presento pero' un altro album che e' uscito questo anno ed e' veramente bello.
Ill Poetic proviene da Cincinati, Ohio,rima e si produce da solo ormai da tempo.Questo album ha influenze soul, ma non solo.
La traccia che per ora e' la migliore dell'anno senza togliere niente a nessuno e' Cincilluminati e nel rit riprende la famosissima The World Is Yours di Nasir Jones.

L'album ha avuto anche un buon riscontro nell'underground e vi posto alcune opinioni:

Mic Geronimo nato il 14 settembre 1973 a Flushing nel Queens.Irv Gotti insieme a suo fratello notano in lui un talento.Mic Geronimo con l'aiuto di gotti registra il pezzo Shit is Real e nel 1995 esce il suo primo album The Natural.Nel pezzo Time To Build fa' il suo debutto sul mic ja rule,nella traccia troviamo anche Dmx e Jigga,insomma una tracciona.Mic geronimo lavora poi con la cash money clik insieme a ja rule.Escono poi Vendetta nel 1997 e Long Road Back 2003.Oggi Mic Geronimo pare essere tornato con un paio di traccie e un progetto che lo coinvolge potete trovare il tutto sul suo myspace:

Insieme rilasciiano si e no 30 pezzi.Il cugino di killa cam (bloodshed) muore troppo presto e il gruppo si distrugge,mase trova puffy,killa cam va a' studiare (almeno quello) e si fa' notare a notorius,e big-l il piu' talentuoso va' alla D.I.T.C. per poi fare una brutta fine.Sicuramente l'ho' tirata abbbastanza corta,pero' avrei un po' di appunti personali allora:

KILLA CAM sicuramente e' un coglionazzo buono e fritto pero' ai tempi ci sapeva fare veramente,gia' tamarro, ma aveva qualcosa.

MASE invece ha un po' inventato quel genere da cui si attingono gente come FABOLOUS oppure BANKS

BLOOSHED per me dopo big-l era quello che aveva piu' talento peccato ci abbia lasciato quasi con niente.

BIG-L niente da dire uno dei migliori mai esistiti assolutamente grande poi che flow ragazzi.

Insomma uno dei gruppi che potava sfondare veramente.Un potenziale enorme anche perche' gli mc si compensano a vicenda pero' peccato tutti hanno preso la loro strada chi verso la morte chi verso il mainstream.

Ieri vi parlavo di Righteouz Knight e dicevo che era il miglior album dell'anno e confermo tutto, forse pure degli ultimi 2.Detto questo tra i feat di questo c'e' un certo Lord Metraton .L'mc in questione ha un flow meno fluido e avvolte risulta anche fiacco pero' e' comunque piacevole,specie i beat, sono tutti buoni e considerando che quello che voglio postarvi e' un ep,devo i miei complimenti a questa crew che ci sta' dando d'entro e fa' uscire roba di buona qualita' con argomenti e testi belissimi,non sono un religioso eppure questi tizi mi trasmettono molto.

Ma perpiacere questo e' un duro.Massiv qua ritratto nella sua foto piu' carina e' stato agredito da un pazzo al suo concerto a Duisburg, il rapper di orgine arabica che da poco e' stato preso da una major, insieme alla sua crew circa (300 persone) sono corse dietro al pazzo/suicidia e lo hanno sistemato per le feste.
Anche queste tragedie si devono postare.

Massiv dopo averlo distrutto insieme ai suoi amici si mette a fare il figo davanti alla telecamere dicendo cose come HABIB qua non si scherza SCOPIAMO TUTTI, non ci frega un cazzo chi siete o cosa siete SCOPIAMP TUTTI..ecc ecc. E VA BE' PERSONAGGIO.

MIGLIOR ALBUM 2007

21 traccie di hip hop puro,rap cristiano sarebbe il genere preciso pero' non fatevi ingannare perche' questo mc ha capacita' tecniche enormi e ha molte cose da dire, certo la religione influenza molte delle sue canzoni che sono tutte scritte in modo intelligente, mai banali, era da mesi ,forse anni che non sentivo un album cosi' completo in tutti i punti di vista.I Beat sono curati quasi tutti dallo stesso mc che gli cavalca a meraviglia con una voce agressiva che va a' meraviglia con i beat che crea che sono tutti molto ben fatti,semplici ma perfetti per cio' che ci vuole trasmettere.Un album assolutamente fuori da gli schemi del rap attuale dove sentiamo album nuovi ogni giorno ma che personalmente porta poche innovazione tranne rare ecezzioni.Un album completo insomma basi assolutamente east coast,cupe,mistiche un mix micidiale di rime e un album con 21 traccie che non ti stufa e davvero qualcosa di raro.Tra i feat troviamo: Lord Metatron, ATOM tha Immortal, Meganomix, Ronin, Si-Klon, Noxious, Sista Righteouz, Lethal Wizdom, Menace & K-Oz.

Half a mill nato come Jasun Ward nasce a Broklyn nel 1973 muore giovanissimo a 30 anni.Half a mill era anche noto come Mill Gates e a meta' degli anni 90 si fa' vedere nella scena underrground ed esce con un DEmo nel 95 ma che non verra' mai rilasciato.La sua fama la deve grazie alla partecipazione all'album dei the firm.Nel 200 esce col suo primo album Million che non vende piu' di 40.000 mila copie.Nel 2002 esce Da Hustle Don't Stop che riesce ad arrivare all'oro.Il 24 Ottobre del 2003 viene trovato morto nel suo appartamento.
Probabilmente molti lo ricorderrano con nell'album the firm oppure nella song con Az nell'album A.W.O.L ma half a mill era un grande rapper tra l'altro troviamo proprio az in una traccia.Purtroppo ci ha lasciato troppo presto ma questo album e' quasi un classico quindi CHECK IT

Dopo un po' di tempo finalmente ho trovato l'album dell'anno NO non e' niente di quei nomi che si sentono spesso niente di gia' sentito.L'album entra gia' tra i miei must have l'ho' trovato un po' per caso e adesso e' un classico per me.Sto provedendo ad upparlo non preoccupatevi.Ho deciso tra l'altro di cambiare il modo di gestire questo blog su ogni album che uppero' ci sara' oltre alla canzoni il link al mio blog non e' per rompere le palle o chi sa' che' e' solo una questione mia che ho deciso perche' mi girava cosi'.Potrebbe darsi che piu' avanti decidessi pure di mettere la password ma e' un po' una rottura per chi scarica quindi sto' decidento.Un altra cosa che intendo dire e' che carichero' probabilmente sempre con zshare oppure con sendspace che a mio modo di vedere sono quelli piu' rapidi e semplicistichi sopratutto per chi scarica.UN ULTIMA COSA SAPETE CHE PER LEGGE DOPO LE 24 ORE TUTTO DEVE ESSERE ELIMINATO QUINDI SE VI BECCANO SO'CAZZI AMARI (CORONA DOCET).

Masta Ace e' una Leggenda per me ma non solo.L'estate si avvicina e questo album e' giusto per noi,masta ace e' una garanzia su tutti i punti di vista anche se avvolte i suoi testi cadono in banalita' assurde (o magari sono io stupido) vedi Soda and Soap oppure Brooklyn Masala (che racconta dell'amore tra lui e' una ragazza pakistana).Ace e' in giro dall'88 e con la Juice Crew ha formato un gruppo storico dell'hip hop sfornando parecchi classici.
Questo album pero' e' speciale come ogni suo album,i suoni cambiano ogni volta che ace porta fuori un album quasi tutti diverso.
Se non avete questo album dovete scaricarlo assolutamente e comprarvelo perche' ace e' storia.

L'album di kweli, cioe' l'advandce piu' che altro, si trova gia' in giro e da quello che ho potuto sentire mi pare una mezza delusione, insomma io non sono un fan di talib, sicuramente la sua voce mi da' piu' fastidio di una che mastica con la bocca aperta pero' il talento c'e' sicuramente, le basi pure, pero' gli manca qualcosa.

Gli Outkast uno dei gruppi piu' in gamba per me da quel che so' sforneranno un nuovo album anche questo anno.

Questa mattina ho avuto una brutta notizia brutissima MARLEY MARL leggenda del queensbridge e' colpito da infarto,le sue condizioni sembrano comunque essere buone speriamo va' rimettiti marley.





L'album svizzero esce il 23 Agosto.

Biz e' un po' uno dei miei idoli...all'anagrafe fa' Marcel Hall nato l'8 Aprile 1964 ad Harlem.
Nel 1980 inizia la sua carriera come beatboxer piu' che altro e nello stesso anno aiuta marley alla realizzazione di Cold Chillin' Records.Esce poi il suo primo album Goin Off che ha un buon sucesso tra gli esperti del settore ma non solo.Make the Music With Your Mouth, Biz e' una grande song e porta sucesso a biz anche se il vero sucesso arriva un anno dopo con Just a Friend (OH SNAP!) e il relativo album The Biz Never Sleeps che arriva al Disco D'oro.Esce poi I Need a Haircut che pero'fa' fatica ad uscire ci sono casini con i sample e infatti l'album dopo di biz si chiama All Samples Cleared! Un Genio.Esce poi anche Biz's Baddest Beats, Pero' biz perde colpi e da qui in poi si fa' sentire alcune volte qualche aparizione qua e' la. Prova anche a fare il dj con buone capacita' rilascia infatti On the Turntable (1998) e On the Turntable V.2 (2000) pero' non ha piu' quel sucesso e nel 2002 rilascia il suo Greatest Hits, il ritorno pero' viene un anno dopo sotto Tommy Boy rilascia Weekend Warrior e nel 2004 Diggin' On Blue.
Io Pero' vorrei proporvi i primi 3 album che sono geniali avvolta ti scompisci dalle risato come un coglione lui e' un genio e a me non frega un cazzo di quello che dite voi quindi:

Saigon pare molto incazzato con la Atlantic Records.Il suo album di debutto doveva uscire gia' da un pezzo ma la atlantic non ci crede in lui quindi queste le sue parole:

pleassssse dont believe that the hold up of my album has ANYTHING to do with me or my work ethic or my rate of producing GREAT music...If you go to YOUTUBE and type in JBTV Saigon you will hear snippets of my album that Atlantic doesnt seem to have the desire to release...I just think the once great Atlantic Records has been belittled down to a home of ringtone making artists, like they sign the great jingle writers and real artist like Myself dont get a chance to showcase my musical abilities...I feel like Tupac now...Its me against the world.. Thank God artist such as Ray Charles and Aretha Franklin (Atlantic artist) werent signed in this day in time.. They wouldve never seen the light of day..not to worry though, my fans WILL hear my entire album very soon whether they put it out or not.. If they donnt I will and let yall be the judge of if the music is GREAT or not....I am putting out a brand new song right here Titled What A Life feat.
